Priced just under $60, 000, this three-bedroom, two-bath home in St. Martinville is ready for a buyer who wants to finish what's been started and build equity along the way. It sits on a 0.195-acre city lot, and a one-car carport gives you covered parking. Inside, the wall between the kitchen and the next room has been opened up for better flow, and one bathroom is mostly updated with finish work left to do. The home is all electric with central air, city water, and city sewer, and the seller reports no flooding. The home needs work. One project to plan for is new sub flooring in the primary bedroom and bath. The property disclosure lists every known item, so buyers can walk in knowing exactly what they're taking on. To top it off, the refrigerator stays and the home is vacant, so it's easy to show. This is a good fit for a cash buyer, a renovation loan, or anyone ready to make a solid St. Martinville home their own.
